The Infusion Automated Backup Service will back up your data daily at a pre-set time every day.
It doesn't matter if someone has left the software open - all Infusion files will be backed up.
No need to remember to do a backup, find a flash drive with space and then wait for it to finish - it's set and forget.
Daily backups are held for a month and end of month backups held for 12 months.
