Michelle joined Infusion in 2019 in Accounts and has more recently taken on the Admin & Registrations roles.
Prior to joining Infusion she ran her own medium sized business for 13 years, and managed a busy household with 3 daughters.
Mike has been a Director at Infusion Business Software since 2003.
In this role he is involved in a range of functions, including staff management, business development and continual product and process improvement.
Prior to joining the Infusion Business Software team, Mike worked in a number of technical and manufacturing roles, and has significant experience and expertise in business management and strategic growth.
Mike was initially drawn to Infusion Business Software because it was an opportunity to join a smaller sized business at the ground floor, where he could really use his skills to help the business grow.
Mike enjoys helping people find solutions for their business to enable them to increase efficiencies and enhance profitability. He also gets a lot of satisfaction from helping clients find ways to run their business more efficiently.
Mike has joined the Infusion team towards the end of 2020.
In his role as Sales Manager, Mike looks to enhance the already strong relationships we have with our existing partners and key clients. Mike’s collaborative approach means he’s always happy to have a chat about challenges and opportunities to achieve the best possible outcome or solution.
Since studying accounting at Santa Clara University in California, Mike has 8 years of experience in partner and client management in the software space, most notably spending 5 years at MYOB as a Partner Manager. Mike also has a background in operational roles where he has run a distribution centre along with some time in the financial sector.
Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 girls but is always keen for a round of golf as well.
Tim is the Managing Director and Founder of Infusion Business Software. Having built the company from the ground up, Tim is still actively involved in almost every aspect of the business, including sales, HR, marketing, finance, and customer management. In this way he is able to ensure customers remain at the forefront of everything they do.
While Tim’s background is in accountancy, in 1993 he branched out into the IT industry, offering sales and support services for accounting solutions, NZA Gold and Aurora One. By working with his customers and understanding the market, Tim saw an opportunity to develop his own solution, with the first release of Infusion Business Software in 2004.
Since then, Tim’s desire to help small and medium-sized businesses grow and succeed has enabled him to provide business solutions to over 3,000 sites in Australasia.
Jacqui came on board with Infusion Business Software as Software Support Consultant at the end of 2019. With a background in Customer Service, Finance and Administration, Reporting Analysis and 24/7 Helpdesk Support over a 20+ year career with a large multi-national company, she has a broad depth of knowledge and solution-based can-do attitude.
More recently, Jacqui worked at a boutique retail store where she was introduced to Infusion Business Software, using the Elite package. She enjoys investigating areas for business improvement and found the Elite software particularly valuable for analysis and measuring performance. Keen to get to know people and their needs, Jacqui enjoys sharing knowledge and providing support to help customers get the most out of Infusion Business Software for their company.
Joan joined the Infusion Business Software team in 2007.
As Software Support Manager, Joan assists clients and other support staff with advice on how to best utilise the software, as well as trouble-shooting, report writing and testing. She also runs training courses on-site and at the Infusion Business Software offices in Christchurch.
Joan brings with her considerable experience in software development across a range of industries, including meat processing, sales and distribution, warranty processing, insurance, book publishing, accountancy, share registry and light engineering.
With a strong interest in accounting systems, Joan has completed a number of accountancy papers as part of her software training and later for interest.
In her role as Software Support, Jude loves being able to assist clients and teach them the features of Infusion Business Software that will make their day-to-day life easier.
As well as providing software assistance to clients over the phone and via email, she also updates and adds new resources and articles to the online Knowledge Base, takes training courses and maintains course content, provides on-site support for new STIHL sites and undertakes testing as required.
Before joining Infusion Business Software in 2014, Jude was employed as an Office Administrator at a STIHL store, so has strong background knowledge of STIHL products.
As a Software Support Consultant, Kate’s role includes phone and email support, testing, report writing, data conversion and data manipulation.
Before joining the Infusion Business Software team in 2017, Kate was an end user of Infusion Business Software for over ten years in a product management, IT and accounts role for a medium-sized importing and wholesale business. Her background also includes technical writing, web and database design, and the development of training resources for clients in health, manufacturing and extractive industries.
In her current role, Kate loves finding practical solutions for clients that drive their business forward. Kate has a BSc and a Diploma in Internet Technology.
Kendall joined the Infusion Business Software team in early 2018.
As a Software Support Consultant, Kendall assists customers with learning how to best use the software for their company, taking email and phone queries, managing the initial software set-up, testing functionality and reporting on potential issues. It is the variety of her role that Kendall most enjoys, with opportunities to learn something new every day.
Previously, Kendall worked as a Case Manager for Work and Income and before that as manager of a diesel engineering company, where she first used Infusion Business Software.
Kendall has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology, and a Certificate in Book Keeping. As well as her work at Infusion Business Software, Kendall works as an independent musician writing, recording, releasing and touring her own original material.
Lisa has been part of the Infusion Business Software team since 2012.
As a Software Consultant, Lisa’s role involves software conversions, installations, training, software testing, helping end users with accounting issues, problem-solving and general business management. One of the aspects of her role that she loves is being able to help a wide range of great people with their software and business management.
Lisa brings with her significant experience in finance, and accounting and management roles including her own accounting and bookkeeping business. She also has broad experience in data collection, storage and dissemination, particularly in the health sector.
In her role as Software Testing Manager, Mariana enjoys the challenge of constantly improving and expanding the capabilities of the software, and the immense learning experience.
As well as testing changes and new software features, Mariana also creates testing scenarios and is responsible for tracking issues and quality control.
Mariana brings with her over 25 years’ experience in accounting and administrative roles across various industries in Argentina, Brazil and New Zealand – from hospitality through to telecommunications and multinational petrochemicals.
Since arriving in New Zealand in 2005, Mariana has worked at a travel agent and at a book keeping company before joining the Infusion Business Software team as a Software Support Consultant in 2011.
Tania joined Infusion Business Software in 2019.
In her software support role, Tania enjoys contact with clients and helping them with their everyday use of the Infusion via phone and email.
Before joining the Infusion Team, Tania was an Owner Operator of a Stihl Shop for 10 Years using all modules of Infusion Software. She brings real world business experience combined with software knowledge to the team.
Adrien joined the Infusion Business Software development team mid-2018. His broad skill set and will to learn new technologies led him to be involved in the maintenance and development of many different projects for the company.
Previously, Adrien worked in France as a Junior Full Stack Developer at Genapi, an e-notary software company.
In his spare time, he continues to develop small pieces of software for fun and to stay current with the most recent technologies. He also has a passion for Science fiction and Fantasy.
Glen comes to us with four years of experience in software development and seriously enjoys solving problems and constantly learning new technologies. With to his skills in open source web programming, Glen will initially be involved with maintaining and upgrading to our web portal solutions.
He has previously worked as a full stack developer in an innovative start up, a web site agency, and has also developed his own web applications.
As well as his love of programming languages, Glen has a passion for learning and teaching language and transitioned into IT from a previous career in English teaching in Taiwan after completing a Graduate Diploma in ICT. He was married in Taiwan and enjoys speaking Mandarin with his young son.
As our Technical Writer and Content Strategist, Kathryn takes care of our support content for Infusion Online, alongside other communications tasks and software testing. With a background in the UX industry and as an expert in clear writing principles, she helps to ensure that our customers make the most of Infusion Online to accelerate and streamline their businesses.
She was previously Innovation Manager and Consultant at Write Limited, Australasia’s leading plain language consultancy, and a judge in the 2015 NZ Plain English Awards. She has an Honours degree in English from Victoria University and currently studies Creative Writing through Massey. After thirteen years in Wellington, she settled back in Christchurch in 2019 and is loving the city’s relaxed vibe, restaurants, gardens, and proximity to the sea and mountains.
As Senior Software Developer, Scott’s role at Infusion Business Software involves maintenance and development. He is always looking at ways to continually update and evolve the Infusion Business Software system to better meet – and anticipate – customer requirements.
Scott has been with the Infusion Business Software team right from the very beginning. In 2004, Scott began by providing support and development of utilities for NZA Gold and Aurora One accounting systems, which eventually led to the development of the complete standalone accounting system Infusion Business Software.
As a self-taught programmer, Scott’s key interest is coding. He previously worked for NZA Gold and MYOB as telephone support for the NZA and Aurora One product.
Stephen joined Infusion in October 2020 as a Full Stack Developer and the development Team Leader. He brings with him more than two and a half decades of software development experience and more than seven years’ experience designing and implementing data warehouse solutions.
Stephen has worked in many different areas of IT such as accounting, order entry, stock control, manufacturing and healthcare. He particularly likes to tackling hard to solve problems or making software perform better.
Thom joined the Infusion team in May 2021 as a Full Stack Developer.
He previously worked for the Ministry for Primary Industries and still develops his own web applications to keep up with new technology.
He also has a passion for languages and in his spare time studies Language Diplomas in German and Russian at the University of Canterbury.
