"If I was asked by a STIHL Dealer why they should be using SPROCKIT, I'd say it's easy to use.
Designed specifically for our industry and they're a great company to work with. The biggest benefit has definitely been the workshop management, it's a lot cleaner and you can tell where every job is at when you sign in to the system.
The other thing I like is the stock with serial numbers which means all your major equipment can be managed quite easily and simply. All of your products can be looked up using the barcodes which is a fantastic time-saver for us.
A good tip is to make sure all your information is right before it goes in, everything after that will be easy. "
