"Moving to a new POS system was a difficult & carefully considered decision. We had to move on from one of Australia's most popular retail software programs as it could no longer handle the size of our database.
We looked at a few of the popular OPE industry-specific software applications & Sprockit stood out from the rest. Yes, it was great that it also had the support from a couple of our major suppliers however it was the after-sales service & backup that sealed it. As with all migrations of data, ours proved challenging though it was never a problem for Infusion to rectify any inconsistencies.
The software has performed very smoothly since its inception & any suggestions are taken on board & generally integrated into ongoing software updates. We are still & will be for some time making better use of the features provided by Sprockit that in turn will make it easier for us to do our job, looking after our customers. "If I was asked by a STIHL Dealer why they should be using SPROCKIT, I'd say it's easy to use.
Designed specifically for our industry and they're a great company to work with. The biggest benefit has definitely been the workshop management, it's a lot cleaner and you can tell where every job is at when you sign in to the system.
The other thing I like is the stock with serial numbers which means all your major equipment can be managed quite easily and simply. All of your products can be looked up using the barcodes which is a fantastic time-saver for us.
A good tip is to make sure all your information is right before it goes in, everything after that will be easy. "
